Staffing Services REQUIRE a signed pricing and service agreement.
Staffing services are billed at:
Care and Medication Partners: $30.00/hour
Nurses: $50.00/hour
Assisted Living Solutions controls the amount paid to its contractors, to keep your cost low and avoid "premium rates".
Holidays are double the normal billing rate and are the following:
New Years Day (January 1st)
Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
Christmas Day (December 25th)
Automated Payments (i.e., Card, ACH, Mobile payments) are preferred to ensure invoices are paid before the late payment date to avoid late fees being charged.
Invoices are generated and sent out every Monday for the Monday-Sunday proceeding.
Services may not be Canceled within two (2) hours of shift start time.
If shifts are canceled within two (2) hours of the shift start time fees will apply to the cancelled shift.
Team members provided from Assisted Living Solutions are Independent Contractors and for all intensive purposes are considered self employed.
Assisted Living Solutions hold their contractors to a high standard and requires that contractors operate and abided by the policies set by our company.
All contractors are aware of Assisted Living Solutions 3 strike rule, meaning that our contractors are held accountable to their shifts and actions within communities. Which is what assures that our contractors act within the best interests of each community they are assisting.
Only those with the authority to contract services are able to setup and sign the agreement. Such as an Executive Directors, Directors of Wellness, Business Office Directors and so on.
